Juniper Services: shared case for T001-T010

Juniper Services: one shared case for T001-T010 Juniper currently repairs household appliances for households through trained local teams. Its future aim is to become a trusted regional repair network by 2031. Honest diagnosis and safe work are guiding principles; managers must not hide faults to improve this month's job count. The board plans a second service business and decides how capital should be allocated across activities. The repair division chooses reliable scheduled service as its competitive position. The training head designs technician courses and supplies evidence about skills and capacity. Before the rival event, leaders planned service expansion and continued a booking routine that was working. Demand then fell unexpectedly when a competitor introduced remote diagnostics. Juniper added remote triage in response and cancelled an uneconomic kiosk. The kiosk is no longer active. The growth proposal is twice as many jobs within 18 months, but the baseline, definition of jobs, resource capacity and safe-completion measures have not been agreed. A temporary remote-triage project would require service, IT and training input. A possible matrix team would report to a project lead and function managers, so responsibilities and conflict handling must be defined. The case gives no guarantee that this structure or the strategy will succeed. It contains no real company claims or spending authority. The first ten MCQs use this same case and are scored independently. Use vision for desired future position and mission for the present business scope; source wording tensions are disclosed separately.
